The film "Nos están matando" focuses on the war being waged on Colombia's social leaders and human rights defenders following the demobilization of the FARC.
On average, a community leader is killed every four days in Colombia. The department of Cauca bears a disproportionate share of that violence. The filmmakers followed two threatened human rights defenders for a year to "demonstrate the stress and sacrifices these two men make on a daily basis to work for their community’s rights."
